As a training partner of the Expat Academy, MoveAssist are looking forward to attending the next bite-size briefing in London on the 3rd December to hear about the latest trends and industry insights from fellow training partners. We look forward to seeing you there!
The latest version of our Assignment Management system, mai-assignment, will be released in October 2019 and will feature a completely new look and feel as well as extensive security features.
MoveAssist had a great time at the Worldwide ERC® Global Workforce Symposium where we met up with lots of new faces as well as plenty of old friends, clients and colleagues. A big thank you to everyone that came to join us for Robby’s thought-provoking presentation in the Innovation Lab showcasing how mai-assignment can provide a different approach to Global Mobility technology.
Robby Wogan attended the recent International Association of Movers (IAM) meeting in Chicago, the first time that MoveAssist has attended in a number of years. This was an important opportunity to meet up with clients in the moving industry from around the world and to showcase ‘mai-move’, the next generation moving technology.
Guy Smith presented alongside Michael Joyce of AIRINC at their breakfast briefing held at the Carlsberg factory in Copenhagen. There was a full turnout to hear Michael report on the latest trends in long-terms assignments from AIRINC’s recently released survey.
Many of the findings highlighted the need for technology to support Global Mobility teams and Guy provided an insightful presentation of the technology landscape and some helpful tips on putting forward the business case.
This was a great opportunity for Global Mobility professionals, from large and small programmes, in Copenhagen and nearby, to come together to network and share their thoughts.
The team had an enjoyable day exhibiting at the Expat Academy’s ‘Fit for Future' conference in London. It was a great opportunity to catch up with clients and friends who were able to demonstrate their 'Beat Saber' skills with our virtual reality headset. Congratulations to Caroline Channing-Gau from Kingfisher who gained the highest score and won a magnum of Bollinger!
